#buildinpublic is a movement of indie makers who share progress building their businesses online, mostly on Twitter. 100s of makers share product progress, financials, milestones marketing insights, and challenges as they build their products and acquire their first users.
Many of these startups are targeting other makers as their buyers, so #buildinpublic is a part of their marketing work. Others do it to increase accountability, get support and advice, help others, and to feel part of a community.
As a new founder, #buildinpublic is a powerful resource to find people who are on the same journey. The best makers share insights, wins and failures, and these are the ones I am including in my list of people you should follow.
